This 409 ha, coastal, income generating Solar driven Tunnel and Beef farm have three residences. The 24 KW Allpower solar system assist with profitability as load shedding does not impact the computerized irrigation system at all.

An automated cucumber wrapper (3400 cucumbers/hour) assist with getting vegetables ready for packing.

The Sellers have developed an extensive client base in the local coastal communities. Customers include Pick n pay, Spar and Country Fresh etc and excess is taken to regional Fresh Produce Markets. Deliveries are done twice weekly.

Not included in the price is the Beef herd.
The balance of the farm is utilized by a Beef Herd. This herd consist of Bonsmara / Angus Cows and Brahman bulls.
