This 163ha farm is located on the Shaw Park Road, that runs from Bathurst to Kleinemonde in Contract the Eastern Cape. Closest town is Bathurst which is a short 5km drive and Port Alfred, a quaint coastal town is 15km away.

The main attraction is the massive 430 000 cum dam, when filled at 100% capacity. The dam's current level is 90%.

Ndlambe Municipality draw water from the dam for municipal consumption, this contract is still in place for 6 months at a time with an option to renew. Part income of this farm is generated from this municipal contract.

A smaller stock dam with 4 water tanks for feeding stock through water troughs is located away from the homestead in one of the higher camps. There are another 5 water tanks close to the home for domestic use.

Other fields on the farm are planted with grass and is leased out to a neighboring farmer for grazing.

The outbuildings consist of 2 small shade cloth houses with micro-jet irrigation for seedlings, generator room, workshop, shed, tool shed and 3 carports. There is a large lathe that will be sold as part of the farm.

The 150sqm farm house consists of open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area, 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Open patio overlooking some fields and the dam stretch along the front of the home.
