The current owners, who have owned the resort for 16 years, already have approved plans, as allowed by their tourism license, to build an additional 12 units. They currently live on the property in one of the units. They have all the necessary licenses and permits to operate, and also belong to the ASINHOS Hotel Association in Xai-Xai. They currently have a 50 year "Land Use Permit(DUAT)" which we will extend by 49 years to give you 99 years Lease.


Included in the sale is a motor boat with 125Hp Mariner engine. The boat is imported and registered in Mozambique with the Marine authorities. The resort is serviced by well trained staff and has its our own borehole with water-filtration system and all units are connected to the national Electricity grid.

Bilene Lagoon offers perfect conditions for any water sport. The resort offers safe swimming along the shallow shores with and the water is always warm. In addition there is also a pool to splash and relax if you get tired of the salt and sand! A Super Shute waterslide adds endless additional fun.
